Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Profaily (“Profaily,” “we,” “us”), a service that lets you upload a video once and schedule or publish it across connected platforms including TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. By creating an account or using Profaily, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Who can use Profaily

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to hold an account on any third-party platform you connect (TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, or Instagram each set their own minimum age). If you use Profaily on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Connecting third-party platforms

Profaily publishes on your behalf only to platforms you explicitly connect through that platform’s own sign-in flow (OAuth). When you connect a platform:

• You authorize Profaily to read basic profile information and to post content to that account, limited to the scopes we requested and you approved.
• Your use of each connected platform remains subject to that platform’s own terms and community guidelines — TikTok’s, YouTube’s, and Meta’s policies still apply in full, and Profaily does not override or excuse them.
• You can disconnect a platform at any time from your Profaily settings, or by revoking access from that platform’s own app permissions page. Either action stops Profaily from posting to that account going forward.

4. Your content

You retain all ownership rights in the videos, captions, and other content you upload (“Your Content”). You grant Profaily a limited license to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely to provide the service — for example, holding a video in storage until its scheduled time, then sending it to the platforms you selected. We do not use Your Content to train models, and we do not sell it.

You are solely responsible for Your Content and for having the rights to post it. You will not use Profaily to upload or publish content that is illegal, infringes someone else’s rights, or violates the terms of any platform you publish to.

5. Scheduling and publishing

Profaily schedules and publishes on your behalf, but the platforms themselves control whether, when, and how a post appears — including processing delays, content moderation, and outages outside our control. We are not responsible for a platform rejecting, delaying, removing, or restricting the reach of a post, or for changes a platform makes to its API that affect publishing.

Some platform integrations operate under review or audit limits imposed by that platform (for example, a newly connected app may be limited to private-only posts until the platform completes its review). We will not misrepresent those limits to you, but we also cannot control their timeline.

The #profaily tag. Posts published through Profaily have the hashtag #profaily added at the end of the caption, after a blank line. We add it only when it would not push the post over a platform’s caption-length or hashtag limit, and we never shorten or alter your own text to make room for it. Nothing is added to a caption that already contains #profaily. If you are on the Pro plan, you can turn the tag off in Settings.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Profaily to spam, harass, or mislead people;
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, quotas, or access controls on Profaily or any connected platform;
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the normal operation of the service; or
• Use Profaily in a way that would get your connected accounts suspended, banned, or otherwise penalized by a third-party platform.

7. Suspension and termination

You may delete your account at any time from account settings, which immediately and permanently deletes your account data, revokes connected-platform tokens, and removes your stored media. We may suspend or terminate access to Profaily if you violate these Terms or if required to by law or by a platform we integrate with.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Profaily is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Profaily is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost content, lost audience, or lost revenue arising from your use of the service or from the availability of any connected platform.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service changes. We will update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of Profaily after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
